Couvre x Chefs is delighted to present the long-awaited return to Europe and Paris of Mexican DJ/producer Zutzut. A living legend and a true pioneer of the Latin Club sound that has now spread around the world, Zutzut has paved the way for a whole generation of artists. He is interested in decontextualising Latin American sounds, taking popular or urban rhythms to more experimental, radical and devilishly captivating levels. A member of the NAAFI collective and label, Zutzut also founded the Club Viral nights (Monterrey/Mexico City), which focus on the dissemination of innovative electronic genres.
Couvre x Chefs residents Scarlett, Tévéa and Tim Karbon will round off the line-up: Scarlett, whose latest EP was released in February on CxC, will open the evening, while Tim Karbon and Tévéa will close with a B2B session that promises to be as original as it is percussive.
