The Ineffable label welcomes the entomic nocturnal club music of paltamango and syntrovert
paltamango and syntrovert, Chilean producers and DJs, are the co-directors of the Cartajena Ink label and the creative minds behind the mysterious Pelícano Turbo project. Having already collaborated on several singles and remixes on the Halcxn, Terminal and Cartajena Ink labels, these two artists are once again combining their talents. This time, they unveiled their first collaboration in an extended split format, published by the Ineffable label.
Entitled Néctar y Neón, the EP is inspired by the effervescence of urban nights, where dazzling lights and the ballet of insects mingle with the pulsations of an underground electronic scene. The release is a sensory journey through vibrant soundscapes, in search of a secret place where eight refreshing tracks of ‘insectronics’ resonate.
Using a collaborative sample bank and a subtle exchange of patterns, paltamango and syntrovert have shaped each side of the EP in parallel while maintaining an individual approach. The result is a spontaneous yet surprisingly coherent musical narrative, offering an immersive experience from the first track to the last.
