PREMIERE: Lukrø, Ckrono, El Turro De La Calle – Wacha (Le Ciel Records)

Lukrø presents Ritmos Pa La Calle, his new collaborative EP combining Reggaeton, Cumbiaton, RKT and more

Busy DJ and producer Lukrø will soon release his new EP on the French label Le Ciel Records. Peruvian by birth and relocated to Mexico a few years ago, Lukrø has forged strong links with producers, promoters, DJs and other players on the electronic music scene worldwide, as evidenced by his regular international tours and non-stop collaborations.

This is the idea that the Matraca label boss has crystallised in his next EP, Ritmos Pa La Calle, to be released by Le Ciel Records (Bordeaux / Royan) on 7 February. The EP features four previously unreleased tracks, all the fruit of collaborations with different artists. While the guiding principle of the EP is to showcase the diversity of Reggaeton, it also includes forays into Cumbiaton, RKT and Dancehall. The tracks take us from Italy and Argentina with Ckrono and El Turro De La Calle, to Bolivia with Maque, to Colombia with NAP and finally to the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region with Sevenbeatz, head of the label that hosts the project.

Our pre-release extract from Ritmos Pa La Calle is the triple collaboration ‘Wacha’. The track is an unstoppable RKT produced by Lukrø and Milan’s Ckrono, over which the Buenos Aires-based El Turro De La Calle sings. Perfect.

Pre-order Ritmos Pa La Calle by Lukrø on Bandcamp. Released on 7 February via Le Ciel Records.
