[PREMIERE] Chefs Du Jour : Broken Brass Ensemble – Voodoo Mama (Cairo Liberation Front Remix)

After spreading the sound of the Egyptian revolution with their amazing mixtapes introducing us Electro-Cha3bi, the Dutch duo Cairo Liberation Front is still continuing his exploration of woldwide rhytms.

Today on CxC, we are very pleased to share you as a premiere, the brand new Cairo Liberation Front remix of the track Voodoo Mama of the Dutch band Broken Brass Ensemble. The song features the excellent Dutch saxofonist Benjamin Herman.

This remix, full of percussions, will be featured on a 12″ vinyl to be co-released later this year by Bambeats and Goomah. On the disc, we also will have the pleasure to listen remixes by Mr. Scruff (Ninja Tune), Pushin Wood and A.R.T. among others.
