The brand new label Sonora Destroy Records presents its “turbo-hybrid-transgressive” sonic identity with a first compilation
Based in Bogota, Colombia, Sonora Destroy Records is a new label launched by producer Fourtwenty Sound. The first release will be a compilation entitled Hybrid Pulse, composed of 19 tracks and bringing together a vibrant international crew.
Oscillating between club-ready and more psychedelic tracks, the release will exactly define the label’s sonic ambitions: a mix of Breaks, Electro, Techno, Leftfield Bass, Footwork, Dubstep and Drum & Bass. By combining club and experimental sounds, Sonora Destroy Records presents with Hybrid Pulse its vision of a global mosaic of artists coming from no less than 11 countries and 3 continents. We indeed find on the tracklisting: Apofenia, Didacta, Dr. Kick, ETRA, Fourtwenty Sound, FrenkyBoy, Japp Beats, Liquid Giraffe, Marka San, Noizy Wilson, Pralaya, Qetsy, Rivs, Slack 1NE, SlowRolla x NovTheKid, Spel, and Wrong Dome.
Ahead of the release, the label entrusted us with the collaborative title signed SlowRolla x NovTheKid, “DNR”, an unstoppable banger with Ghettotech overtones tinged with R&B. Awesome!
