We invited the producer and DJ ma gda on Hotel Radio Paris: get ready for 45 minutes of Club Music bangers and other unstoppable edits
In order to celebrate our brand new radio show, we had the pleasure of inviting the producer and formidable DJ, ma gda.
In 2012, she crossed the Alps to come to Lyon from her native Italy, before starting to mix a few years later. From her very first edits on SoundCloud to her success at the last Nuits Sonores and her first self-produced EP, ma gda has established herself with sincerity and passion as a solid player on the French bass music scene.
Like her DJ sets, her mix for Hotel Radio is a concentrate of bangers: 46 minutes and 52 seconds of pure energy, with a special focus on Club Music, Baltimore Club, dembow, and other unstoppable edits.
ma gda is also Gaia Barella, when she embraces her passion for Eurodance. An alias with which she used at the Cabaret Sauvage at a recent Darude. It is as Gaia Barella that the Lyonnaise by adoption also leads various duos: Daria with M-O-R-S-E – highlighted on the latest Météo compilation – or Disconscience with the one and only King Doudou.
Every month, ma gda is on Egregore for her LoL Radio 2.0 show where she shares the hosting with Effy and Bubzz. Together, the 3 DJs invite guests such as Sha Sha Kimbo, Alex Autajon, or the rising star from Marseille Mystique.
